Manufacturers description "Ripe basil leaf, anise notes. This flavor is fresh and vivid like a caprese salad served in the shade of a Mediterranean villa."
SnV
This is a definite basil but is more like a dried basil than fresh leaf

I’m now getting a little leafy green taste to this, but it is still more of a dried basil

This has now developed a light anise pepper like note to it, fresh basil normally gets this taste to it when taken from older leaves

Suggested usage
Accent 0.1% - 0.25%, Background 0.25% - 0.5%, Main 0.5%-1%.
I'd use with Lemonade, Fruits, Bakery and some other herbs
Summary
This is more like a dried basil, however there are some fresh leafy notes in the background. I wouldn’t push this flavour higher than 1% due to the anise & pepper like notes as I believe these would increase the higher this is taken. This will mix well with cream & lemon as well as lemonades and some other Fruits, use this in any dessert recipe that calls for basil
Flavorah recommended usage 0.5%-5%
