    Shipping Policy & Information

    We're pleased to offer Royal Mail, DPD and DHL as shipping providers meaning we can ship to virtually any address across the Globe.

    Please note - There are restrictions on some products and some of our products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We can only ship Flavour Concentrates and One Shots to you, unless you are in one of the following countries where we can ship all products: UK, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Malta, Slovakia, Sweden.


    Same Day Dispatch

    For UK deliveries please order before 3pm Monday - Friday
    For International deliveries please order before 1pm Monday - Friday

    Orders placed outside of these times will be dispatched on the following working day.

    Delivery Times

    For UK deliveries we always use a tracked next-day service so it should arrive the next working day. However, we do say 1-3 days at the checkout just in case of an unexpected issue.

    International deliveries vary by country but tend to be 3-17 working days.

     

    Customs

    If you're visiting us from outside of the UK you will be liable for both VAT and Customs Fees on your order.

    The amount charged by the customs office is sadly, out of our control and we cannot reimburse you for these charges.

    You (the customer) are liable for any VAT and customs duties on your order.

    If you’ve refused these fees and your parcel is seized and destroyed by customs you will not be refunded and will not receive a replacement order. You (the customer) are liable for any customs charges/import fees.
