Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.).

If you’ve chosen to return your parcel you should expect to receive your refund once your parcel has been returned to us or within 4 weeks of being given to your return shipper.

We kindly ask for you to take in to consideration the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your refund once received and the time it takes for your bank to process this refund request.
