Manufacturer’s description – “The white part of the cheesecake. Some crust but that is not what this cheesecake focuses on (recommend biscotti for cheesecake crust). Cheesecake is pretty borring without some type of fruit note, so go ahead and fruit this one.”
SnV
1% - light biscuit followed by slightly creamy sweet cream cheese
2% - the biscuit is now more prominent, but this has developed a slight bitter off note to it, the cream cheese has developed a slight sour taste
7 day steep
1% - This now tastes like 2% as a SnV including the odd bitter spice like off note, the cream cheese tastes like a slightly creamy cheesecake topping on extended vaping the off note fades at this point I believe the off note would get covered in a mix
2% - This to me now tastes like the cheesecake topping including a light sour and a creaminess including a buttery mouthfeel, the off note is still present but after extended vaping this does transform into a buttery and slightly crumbly feeling biscuit base
14 day steep
1% - No change
2% - No change
21 day steep
1% - Slight increase in strength
2% - Slight increase in strength
25 day steep
1% - No change
2% - No change
Suggested usage
I’d use as a main 1%-1.5%, background 0.5%-1%, Accent 0.1%-0.5%. Standalone 1.5%-2%
I’d use with Yoghurt, Creams, Custards, Bakery, Fruits, Nuts, Chocolate.

Summary
This is a good cheesecake with a slight biscuit base, this has an odd spice note to the biscuit base that comes out more the higher you go, at 1% this spice note disappears with extended vaping used lower this wouldn’t be noticeable, I’d use this primarily in a cheesecake mix however as an accent it would work well to thicken up Yoghurt & Custard although would add a slight sour note
Flavorah recommended usage - Start at 1%
