Manufacturers Description “Plantains are one of the most renowned delicacies in many tropical countries! Deep-fried plantains have a sugary and sweet taste followed by a tangy fruity aftertaste as you’d expect from a banana type flavour.”
SnV
Sweet and light with a banana like flavour with some chocolate like notes, there is a very slight fried taste with a lightly oily mouthfeel and what may be some starch like hints

14 Day Steep
The banana like taste has increased in strength, this is more like a raw slightly green tasting banana. Slight reduction to the chocolate like notes in the background. No other change to profile

I’d use this 0.75%-1.25% as an accent, 1.25%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-4% as the main flavour
If you wanted this stand-alone, I’d suggest 4%-6%
I’d use with Bakery, Vanilla, Fruit, Creams
Summary
This is a deep-fried banana like flavour with some chocolate like hints in the background, this has a full and oily mouthfeel. The banana like note is more of a green banana than a rip banana, there are also some spice like hints that I’m struggling to identify. This may be useful as an accent to other banana flavours as well as use in a Plantain type recipe, I have never tried a plantain, so I am unable to comment on the authenticity of this profile
