This is a sweet and slightly tart blue raspberry with a light vanilla cream in the background, this would work well in cream mixes as a main flavour for a blue raspberry cream, used as an accent this may work well in a blue raspberry slushy with the light cream providing mouthfeel as well as smoothing any harsh notes from other blue raspberries
