SnV
A strong chemical off note with a vague cereal like taste in the background
7 day steep
No change
14 day steep
The chemical like off note has now reduced in strength slightly, the rest of the profile remains unchanged
28 day steep
The chemical off note has now completely steeped out and there is now a cereal grain like taste and mouthfeel, this is like the taste I get from multigrain hoops, there is also a light and bright fruit taste to this, however this is too light for me to be able to identify the taste beyond a vague description
Suggested usage
I’d use this as an Accent 4%-5%, Background 5%-7%, and Main 7%-12%. Standalone 12%-20%
This would give a nice cereal grain like texture as an accent or background, using as a main note you would also get some of that bright generic fruit taste along with the grain.
The higher this goes the longer it will take for that chemical note to steep out, at 20% I would expect this to take 1 month minimum but more likely 6-8 weeks.
I’d use with Creams, Dairy, Cheesecakes, Fruits, Bakery and cereals
