SnV
Light and sweet dough flavour
7 day steep
The glaze is there but light, the dough taste has now increased, however this tastes like a mix between doughnut and biscuit

Suggested usage
I’d use this as an Accent 3%-5%, Background 5%-7%, and Main 7%-10%. Standalone 10%-15%
This would be useful in a doughnut or biscuit mix as an accent or background flavour, although dough like it also has some of the texture and taste of a biscuit, the glaze is quite light and a sugar glaze not a full icing, as a main flavour within a doughnut mix it would add a sweetness and a doughnut like taste and mouthfeel without any fried taste.
I’d use with Cakes, Biscuits, Doughnuts, Fruits, Creams and custards.
