Suggested usage
I’d use as a main 2%-3%, background 0.75%-2%, Accent 0.25%-0.75%. Standalone 3%-5%.
I’d use with other Nuts, Fruits, Coffee, Cream, Chocolate, Custard, Bakery and Tobacco.
Summary
This is a fairly strong hazelnut with a slightly creamy mouthfeel which should pair well with Creams and Chocolate. Used as an accent this should give you a little A.P. and may add a malty quality to a Milkshake type mix, used higher this will give you the full hazelnut taste , due to the slight creamy mouthfeel this avoids being overly dry, I’d use this wherever I wanted a good Hazelnut flavour.
VTA recommended usage -Mixed: 2%-5% in a mix – Standalone 5%-8% on its own
