Manufacturers description – “A flavour which mimics the taste of jackfruit. This flavour pairs well with stone fruits and Pineapple, apple, pear, cherry, creams, melons, and other exotic fruits such lychee, dragonfruit, mangosteen, mango, papaya, and guava.”

Light slightly dry and chemical like. There is a slight peach and pineapple hint and a light acidity with a bread like taste and mouth feel.

Increase in strength that yeasty bread like note has now increased in strength, the tropical flavours are still there but almost completely covered by that bread note. This has a thick and fibrous mouthfeel.
Suggested Usage
This flavour isn’t suited to my palate as the main taste I get is that yeasty bread note, so I am unable to suggest any usage% or potential pairings.
I have never tasted a Jackfruit so I’m uncertain to the authenticity of this flavour to the fruit.
