Suggested Usage
I’d use this 1%-1.5% as an accent, 1.5%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-3% as the main note. If you wanted this as a standalone flavour I’d suggest 3%-5%.
I’d use with Bakery, creams, Custards, Fruit, Jams, Vanilla, Floral
Summary
This is an authentic scone, with a dark berry Jam filling, the texture and taste is floury with a medium full mouthfeel. The jam note is light but does prevent this from becoming dry. As an accent flavour this would add some flour to bakery mixes, taken higher to a main flavour it would add a scone taste to a mix and would be a good base flavour to base a scone mix off.
WF SUGGESTED DILUTION RATIO: 1%-4%
