Chefs Flavours description “Who doesn't like these little jam filled biscuits?!”

SnV

Light biscuit like flavour with a sweet strawberry jam like taste

14 day steep

Increase in strength no change in profile

28 day steep

No change. I get the sweet strawberry jam first, with a slight green note, followed by the light biscuit like flavour, this has a jam like mouthfeel with a little of the crumb of the biscuit

Suggested usage

I’d use as a Main flavour 10%-15%, Background 7%-10%, Accent 5%-7%. Standalone 15%-20%

Summary

To me this isn’t quite full enough to be a standalone concentrate as the biscuit is too light, although this would make a good base flavour to build your own Jammy biscuit flavour, by adding a little biscuit to bring the biscuit flavour up in strength and a sweet strawberry to help hide that green note I believe you would get a decent Jammy biscuit flavour.

If pairing with strong concentrates you may need to use towards the higher end of the suggested main note %.

This would be useful as an accent to add a slightly green and jam like note to a strawberry mix.

I’d use this primarily with biscuit, strawberry and some lighter creams.

Chefs Flavours recommended usage - Mix between 10-20% and allow to steep.
