I’d use this as an accent 0.25%-0.75%, Background 0.75%-1.5%, Main 1.5%-2%
If you wanted this stand-alone, I’d suggest 2%-4%
I’d use this with Fruit, Beverage, Creams, Nuts, Tobacco and possibly bakeries
Summary
This is a bright, sweet and crisp red apple juice with some peel like notes, as well as a very slight tartness on the end. This would work well in fruit and beverage mixes due to the juiciness, used as an accent this may work well to add natural sweetness to fruit mixes. This is a little different to JF Fuji Apple, although juicy this isn’t overly ‘wet’ so should blend well in cream and dessert mixes
