I’d use this as an accent 0.25%-0.75%, Background 0.75%-1.5%, Main 1.5%-3%
If you wanted this stand-alone, I’d suggest 3%+
I’d use this with Fruit, Cream, Bakery, Custard, Nuts and Vanilla
Summary
This is a buttery yellow cake with light egg notes and a Marzipan accent, this has a light cake like mouthfeel, whilst not as syrupy sweet as FW Yellow Cake, this would make a good sub in recipes for this flavour. The mouthfeel could be enhanced with the addition of Sugar Cookie or Corn Bread. Use this wherever you want a yellow cake flavour, as an accent this would be useful to add depth to custard mixes
