Suggested Usage
I’d use this 0.1%-0.25% as an accent, 0.25%-0.5% as a background flavour, 0.5%-0.75% as the main note.
I’d use with Cheesecakes, Fruits, Nuts and Creams
Summary
This is a strong cream cheese with some dairy hints, this is slightly sweet and less tangy than a strong dairy cheese, very slight acidity. this would be useful to add some realistic mascarpone cream cheese notes to a cheesecake base. I’d advise to start low with this and build it up to get the cream cheese note you want. Use wherever you want a mascarpone cream cheese
