Summary

This is a sweet and candy like blackcurrant that has a slightly ‘chewy’ mouthfeel reminiscent of a blackcurrant chewy candy like Chewits/Starburst.

This would fit in well within a candy fruit mix and may work well with bubble-gum flavours. As an accent this would impart a slight blackcurrant with some of the chewy mouthfeel and may serve to make other blackcurrants syrupy.

I’d primarily use this with other candy flavours and additives, fruits, light vanilla and possibly some light creams.

Flavourart recommended usage - Dilute at 3%
