Suggested usage

I’d use as a main 0.5%-0.75%, Background 0.25%-0.5%, 0.1%-0.25%

I’d use anywhere you want a starch taste and mouthfeel

Summary

This is a realistic starch taste like a cross between a rice and potato starch, this has a moderately thick mouthfeel. The primary use for this would be as an accent or background flavour to add a starch note for example as part of a rice pudding mix

Flavorah recommended usage – Start at 1%, Mix between 1%-5%
