Very faint sweet strawberry, more of a candy type than a Jam.
5 Day Steep
The strawberry has increased in strength it’s still slightly candy like however the jam taste has increased and is now starting to fill in a bit more.
11 Day Steep
Sweet slightly juicy strawberry with a slight Jam like taste to it, the jam note is quite delicate, this tastes like a ‘value’ store brand, there is a slight sticky mouthfeel.
19 Day Steep
No change
Suggested Usage
I’d use this at 4%-5% as an accent, 5%-7% as a background and 7%-10% as the main note in a recipe, although against stronger flavours I’d use at the higher %
Standalone I’d use this at 10%-15%.
This should mix well in some bakery types and with other fruits, this may also be useful to accent other strawberries to add sweetness and some juiciness.
