The off note has now steeped out, this is a Tequila made with agave syrup, there is a strong cactus like taste, this has a slight alcohol like throat hit
Suggested usage
I’d use as a main 0.5%-1%, Background 0.25%-0.5%, 0.1%-0.25%
I’d use with Beverages, Fruits, and anywhere else you want a tequila note.
Summary
For me this needs approx.. 4 weeks steep for the off note I experienced to steep out, this has a cactus like taste followed by a tequila and a alcohol throat hit. This will be useful to add a tequila note to most mixes.
Flavorah recommended usage – Start at 1%, Mix Between 0.5%-4%
