Summary
This is a slightly overdone toast with a slight burnt note followed by butter and a light strawberry jam. The higher this goes the more prominent the burnt note becomes. The toast part has a good mouthfeel, like taking a bite from a slice of toast, as a Jam on toast this could do with the jam being propped up, however as it is the strawberry jam should be light enough to get covered up by a fruit of your choice. Used as an accent flavour this could be useful to add a little graininess and some light burnt/smoky notes to a mix as a background/main flavour use as a base for your own jam on toast profile
