Summary
This is a lemon forward mix with the Kiwi and Strawberry as a background, the lemon is strong and slightly juicy with some sourness and zest, the Kiwi is juicy and fresh with a slight green note and flesh hints. The strawberry is very light in the background, the lemon and Kiwi increase in strength during a steep with the Strawberry fading. This is mainly a juicy mix with only the Kiwi having some flesh, overall this has a juicy mouthfeel, whilst not having a thin mouthfeel this isn’t by any means a medium thick mouthfeel. if you experience any harshness from citrus mixes this may be one to avoid as it does have a low throat hit to it, I would primarily use this in fruit or beverage mixes.
