Summary
This is a realistic tasting honeydew melon with a slight rind note, this is juicy with some flesh hints, as an accent this would be useful to add a realistic edge to other melons, as a main flavour this would be strong enough to be the only melon in a mix, this is a strong concentrate so I’d advise to start low in a mic and work up
