This is a sweet berry with a jam like taste and mouthfeel, I am getting notes of Strawberry, raspberry and Boysenberry, with a very slight blueberry.

Suggested usage

I’d use as a main 0.4%-1%, Background 0.25%-0.4%, Accent 0.1%-0.25%

I’d use with Fruit, Creams, Bakery, Custards, Beverage

Summary

This is a sweet and jam like mix of berries, mainly Strawberry, Raspberry and Boysenberry with a very slight Blueberry like note.

This has a full mouthfeel that is sticky and Jam like, use caution and start low as this does increase in strength during a steep.

Flavorah recommended usage – Start at 1%, Usage range 1%-5%
