Summary
This is a sweet Cheesecake with a buttery biscuit base, there is a very slight and a lemon accent to this with some coconut like hints, this is a very good cheesecake base, creamy with a pleasant buttery graham cracker base and well balanced, I believe the coconut like notes should be light enough to get covered up in a mix, use this wherever you want a well balanced Cheesecake with a buttery biscuit base
