SnV
Light tasting dark cocoa, no powdery note, this tastes more like a drinking cocoa than a baking cocoa

Suggested Usage
I’d use this as an accent 0.25%-0.5%, Background 0.5%-1%, Main 1%-1.5%
If you wanted this stand-alone, I’d suggest 1.5%-3%
I’d use this with Fruit, Bakery, Cream, Nuts, Custard, Floral, Tobacco, Vanilla and other chocolates
Summary
This is like a drinking cocoa, that is very slightly powdery on the end although not as powdery as other Cocoa’s, although this has a very slightly powdery exhale, this does have a very slightly syrupy quality to it. This isn’t as dark a chocolate as expected, this is midway between a dark and milk chocolate without any bitter notes, use this where you want a lighter dark chocolate taste, this should mix well with other chocolates as well as being versatile enough for a variety of chocolate mixes such as drinking Cocoa’s and creams
