SnV
This has the same plastic like off note that I experience from the other Milk based flavours in this range, I suspect this is the base flavour used to craft the other flavours. There is a sweet dairy like note in the background
7 day steep
The off note has now reduced this has now become a Vanilla taste, the milk/dairy like note is now starting to increase, the taste is almost that of a full cream milk.

Suggested usage
I’d use as a Main flavour 3%-5%, Background 2%-3%, Accent 0.5%-2%.
Summary
This to me tastes like a vanilla heavy milk, this would be useful for milkshakes due to that vanilla note, if using as a milk be aware that this would also add a lot of vanilla to your recipe.
*I would only use the higher % range when using with strong flavours
I’d use with Creams, Custard, Dairy, Ice Creams, Cereals, Fruit, Nuts and Coffee. May also work with some alcohols.
