Summary

This is a milk chocolate and caramel with a very slight Honey floral to it, as the wicks dry off I start to get hints of a crumbly shortbread type biscuit that has a light crumbly texture. The chocolate is like a light milk chocolate that is slightly dry. I believe this would work well in a chocolate mix, if you wanted this to be a true millionaire shortbread you would need to add another biscuit to this to bring out the shortbread more

Chefs Flavours recommended usage - 5%-15%
