Chefs Flavours description – None available

SnV

There is just a light generic chocolate taste at this point

7 day steep

A Light biscuit like taste has now developed the light chocolate taste remains unchanged

14 day steep

There is now a slight vanilla flavour this may be the marshmallow however it has none of the mouthfeel, this is a very thin concentrate

21 day steep

No change

28 day steep

There is now a definite marshmallow and a biscuit/cracker like taste, the chocolate has faded and become more of an accent at the end.

Suggested usage

I’d use as a main flavour 10%-15%, Background 7%-10%, Standalone 15%-20%

I’d use with Chocolate, Biscuit, Ice Cream and Vanilla

Summary

This is quite a thin tasting concentrate to me, this may make a good base to build off for a smore’s type mix. I have never had smores so I don’t know how accurate this is to the real thing.
