Summary
This isn’t so much a berry cobbler, it’s more like a raw pie/tart dough with a cooked mixed red berry jam filling, more of a base to add other bakeries to, allowing you to shape into a bakery mix of your design, the dough is a sweet pastry type, the prominent red berries in the filling are raspberry and strawberry, this would make a good base to work from
